Enhancements for Jakarta EE 12
This release targets inclusion in the Jakarta EE 12 Platform release. It upgrades the Java SE requirement to Java SE 21 or newer, in alignment with Jakarta EE 12.
Along with this upgrade the intention is to remove references to SecurityManager in the API JAR released by the project.
